The Floresville Middle School Cross Country Meet will take place on Saturday, September 30, 2023. See below for details.
Schedule:
7th-grade girls: 7:30 a.m.
7th-grade boys: 8:00 a.m.
8th-grade girls: 8:30 a.m.
8th-grade boys: 9:00 a.m.
Site: Floresville High School Practice Fields (behind tennis courts) - A Street, Floresville, TX 78114.
This meet will not be timed. Coaches will be responsible for getting times. No limit on entries. Teams need to bring their own water. We will have an athletic trainer on site.
Bus parking: Floresville Middle School Upper Parking Lot. Enter on B Street from Highway 181 (before Church’s Chicken), then enter in the 3rd middle school gate into the parking lot (see yellow check mark on map below). Teams will walk on the right side of the middle school to enter the meet. **Do not enter Tiger's Den**
Spectator parking: Floresville Middle School Lower Parking Lot. First middle school gate on the left (see blue check mark on map below). Spectators will enter B street from Highway 181. Not Floresville High School.
Restrooms: Will be located at the baseball and softball fields, next to the tennis courts, and inside the Tiger’s Fieldhouse. Bathrooms are located at the maroon triangles on the map below.
Awards: Top 10 in each division will be awarded medals.
Course entrance: The course is located behind the tennis courts and soccer fields. Spectators will enter the course on the left side of the middle school building. It will lead out to the course. Teams will enter the course on the right side of the middle school building, which will then lead to the course. Starting line is indicated on the map below. Start and Finish are indicated by the green and red stars.
