Floresville High School will be hosting a physical day on May 18, 2023, for any students who need to complete their physical for next school year. Check-ins will be from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the FHS-NC Gym.
All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade students who plan on being involved in athletics, band, cheer, or dance are required to have a physical complete and on file before participating in any school-sponsored extracurricular activities. This is a great opportunity to get those physicals done. The cost of the physicals will be $15 cash.
To help speed up the process, pre-screenings will be completed within the next few weeks during the athletic periods so that the physicals can be done efficiently.
Additionally, all students must complete the Medical History Form and Rank1 Form before the start of the 2023-2024 school year. Click here to find the forms.
